What is included in the rental set?
ECOVACS WINBOT W2S Omni window cleaning robot, multi-function station for charging and storage, cleaning pads, safety cable, power supply and user manual. Everything you need for window cleaning.
How does the window cleaning robot work?
Place the robot on the glass, switch it on - done. The WINBOT W2S holds itself to the glass by suction and moves across it automatically. Thanks to TruEdge technology, it cleans right to the edge.
What types of windows can the robot clean?
The WINBOT W2S cleans framed and frameless windows, shop windows, conservatories, glass doors and skylights. The pane should be at least 40 x 40 cm.
Does the robot work on angled and overhead windows?
Yes. The 12-level fall protection ensures a secure hold even on angled and horizontal glass surfaces.
How long does the battery last?
The WINBOT W2S is continuously powered via the mains cable during operation. It also has an emergency battery that secures its hold on the glass in case of a power cut.
Can the robot fall off the glass?
The 12-level fall protection with suction, safety cable and multiple sensors makes a fall virtually impossible. The safety cable is always additionally secured.
Does the robot also clean with water?
Yes. The WINBOT W2S has three water nozzles that automatically moisten the cleaning pad. Every pane is thoroughly and streak-free cleaned.
How does the deposit work?
On pick-up you leave a deposit of EUR 200,- (cash or card) + copy of ID. On full return, the deposit is refunded immediately.
What happens if there is damage?
Normal wear and tear is covered by us. For damage caused by improper use, the deposit is retained or the residual value is charged.
