2. Hosting and Technical Provision

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). When you visit our website, information is automatically transmitted by the browser and stored in server log files:

  • IP address (anonymized)

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Page visited

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision of the website). Vercel processes data on servers in the EU and the USA. Transmission to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. Contact Form and Inquiries

When you use our contact form or contact us by telephone, the following data is collected:

  • First and last name
  • Company (optional)
  • Phone number
  • Your message/inquiry

This data is stored and processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures). The data is stored in our CRM system and is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

4. Payment Processing — Stripe

For processing online payments we use the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland).

When you make a booking via our website, the following data is transmitted to Stripe:

  • Name and email address
  • Billing address
  • Payment information (credit card details)
  • Order details and amount

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract performance). Stripe processes payment data according to the PCI DSS Level 1 standard. Credit card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

5. CRM System — Zendesk Sell

To manage customer inquiries and leads we use Zendesk Sell (Zendesk, Inc., 989 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA). The contact data submitted with an inquiry or booking is stored in Zendesk Sell.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. Transmission to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Embedded Content

Google Maps

Our website embeds maps from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the map is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google.

External Fonts and CDNs
