How quickly is the booking confirmed?
Right after online payment you receive access details via email or SMS — you can use the office immediately or on your preferred date.
What's included in the price?

Is parking available?
For day bookings a day parking space (EUR 6) can be added, for the 10-pass card 10 day parking spaces (EUR 60). For monthly bookings a reserved parking space (EUR 79/month). Customer parking and 90 min free parking are also available.
Can I try the day office?
Yes — start with a single day. We're happy to credit it towards a longer booking.
What's the difference with the 10-pass card?
The 10-pass card gives you 10 flexible working days you can redeem as needed — 16% cheaper than 10 single days. Ideal if you need the office regularly but on irregular days.
Can I use the day office monthly?
Yes — the monthly tariff is EUR 649/month (subscription, cancellable monthly) and includes your own single office. For longer-term needs we recommend our long-term office rental options.
Are there meeting or conference rooms nearby?
Yes — conference and meeting rooms for 2–25 people are available right in the Kesselhaus, flexibly bookable by the hour or day.
